Locality For which MDA is authorised to sanction the Building Maps

  • All schemes of Moradabad Development Authority
  • Area for which the Layout Plan is approved by MDA
  • Area developed or registered by Moradabad Municipal Corporation
  • All areas of old habilitations except areas developed by Housing Board
  • Undeveloped areas on both sides of Highways within Municipal or DA limits

Land Use For which Building Maps are Sanctioned

  • Residential
  • Commercial (on Plots depicted in Lay-out/ Zonal Plan)
  • Commercial Areas identified in Master Plan
  • Offices
  • Industrial
  • Community/ Establishment Services
  • Collection place
  • Mixed Land Use

Required Documents for Map Approvals in DA's Schemes

  • Deposit Receipt of Map Fee
  • Attested copy of Registry ( both side )
  • Photocopy of Lease Plan
  • Photocopy of physical possession letter
  • Five Blue print copies of Proposed Map Plan ( all signed by Architect and owner) with
  • Community/ Establishment Services
  • Proposed Area - Depicted in RED
  • Existing Built Area - Depicted in BLUE
  • Proposed Area for Demolition - Depicted in YELLOW
  • Proposed Area for Compounding - Depicted in GREEN
  • Attested copy of License of the Registered Architect
  • Mutation Letter, Earlier Sanctioned Map, attested copy of Second Registry ( If applicable

  • Deposit Receipt of Map Fee
  • Nine Blue print copies of Proposed Map Plan ( all signed by Architect and owner)
  • Attested copy of License of the Registered Architect
  • Five copies of documents referring to Land Ownership
  • Family Division, Nazul Division ( If applicable )

Required Documents for Map Approvals in Areas for which Layout is approved by MDA

  • Deposit Receipt of Map Fee
  • Photocopy of Approved Layout Plan
  • Attested copy of Registry ( both side )
  • Photocopy of Lease Plan
  • Photocopy of physical possession letter
  • Five Blue print copies of Proposed Map Plan ( all signed by Architect and owner)
  • Attested copy of License of the Registered Architect
  • Mutation Letter, Earlier Sanctioned Map, attested copy of Second Registry ( If applicable For registry the stamp papers should be in the name of Prabhari Adhikari Sampatti c/o applicant name. The Value of stamp paper should be 10% of the deposited amount against property.
